I have forgotten my Password! How do I get my password?

Everyone forgets their password at some time. If you use a password management software app - try checking that first.

If you are completely blank, the easy solution is to 'Request a new password'.

You can request a new password right on the PhysioScholar Login page.
Click on the 'tab' "Request new password" and then type in 'Username or e-mail address'. An email with a link to gain access and set a new password will be generated and sent to your email address.

Note: Email can take up to 20 minutes to come through (though 1-2 minutes o\is more usual).  Also, check your Spam or Junk box if it does not appear after some time.

The link will look something like this example:

Click on the link sent to you.

You will be taken. to the 'Reset password' page - click on the 'Log in' button.

Now you will have full access to PhysioScholar - HOWEVER, you still need to create a new password.

Click on 'My Account' button found in the right-hand column of the page.

Click on the tab 'Edit' and under Account information type in your new password and repeat this in the 'Confirm password' field.  Note: the website will provide feedback on the quality of your new password.

Click on the 'Save' button.

Important: Make sure to write down your new password as you will not be sent an email and once you log out you will be required to use your new password to gain access to PhysioScholar.
